I saw that at the gym tonite. I know Chalabi was a criminal but is everyone connected to the Bush administration a con artist. And they can't trace it because the idiot Bremer did not believe in normal accouting practices. I am sure the sucker is now living on his estate on some Pacific island. No wonder he doesn't believe in accounting.
