My wife buys stuffed toys at yard sales for a quarter. Our dog has to distribute them all around the house so she doesn't have to go too far to get one. Some dogs will destroy the most durable toy and would shred stuffed toys in seconds, but our dog chews on them very gently and they last forever. Have you seen that dog ball that you fill with treats and make a recording of your voice? The dog rolls the ball all around and every so often a treat drops out. You can egg him on by recording your voice in it. Our dog loves hers. Our dog likes to play basket ball, but she thinks all she has to do is foul me out. I'm the world's worst basketball player, so I am not much of a challenge for her.
