Yes indeed! Notice how the raven is on top of the bear's head? Because the raven is smartest, of course. The miniature totem pole that I've had for forty years has an eagle on top. I often visited the Yax Te totem near Auke Bay Alaska. It was carved during the Roosevelt years under government contract, but has become quite a local icon. While I was in Juneau, somebody tried to burn it down with a diesel fire. However, they only damaged it. It was restored by a master carver and rededicated with great fanfare.
