Health insurance varies widely in cost depending upon the size of the insured group, its age and risk factors, how much of the cost the employer is going to pick up, whether the coverage is catastrophic or covers routine medical care, etc. There is no debate at all that health care costs are out of control in the U.S., but that is the only constant.
