UW, That's a good idea. Many crimes are committed in mall parking lots, and people have to be on their toes when returning to their cars. It is especially bad at night, and on holiday shopping days. People are rushing around trying to get their shopping done, and get back home, and forget to use all of their senses on the way to the car. A while back in Houston, the perps would slide under a car, and when the drive returned, they would cut their ankles with a knife, and steal everything they could find. I think that ring finally got caught.
