I'm certain the water saving toilets actually use more because of multiple flushes. This is one of the better examples of government meddling and these are the people the libs think should take over health care.

And the low flo shower heads are a pain. I drilled mine out, upped my pressure setting on my well by 10 pounds and can pluck chickens with that bad boy.
