I live in a place with entire vegan neighborhoods, preschools, restaurants. I am pretty sure that you don't. I think it is important that we each recognize that there are entirely different world views out there. But certainly, the trend is more towards mine, and away from yours I totally disagree. You have immersed yourself in a world that center around your viewpoint. The world is not moving your way in any significant manner. You have huge food conglomerates noticing an 11 billion dollar organic market, I'd say the factory are coming for your organic lifestyle wholeheartedly.
