MRVT news is that non-toxic financing has been completed, preferred stock convertible at 1.00 per share, warrants at 1.00 per share, and existing toxic financing changed to be convertible at 1.00 per share or 125% of market price... details can be seen in Yahoo Charts/MRVT/Headlines. All of a sudden it looks like a bargain, that's why the shares are up from the 50c area to the 80c area.
