Unless he's got the balls to toss out the old, corrupted tax codes, lower and compress rates (& or move a portion to consumption tax) and SLASH loopholes... then, yep, that's *exactly* what he should do.

We can't eat our seed corn forever.

The next recession will SERIOUSLY HURT unless they get serious about their spend-a-holic ways.
