Yet Texas is in slump property wise i don't know off had about employment. I can see why the LA area has jobs as we are a port as well an international business center.

We are overpriced and that has to have some sort of affect on the whole economy at some point because dealings of the whole economy are done in areas as this that housed both the extreme ends of rich and poor.

A friend once said to me CA is going to be where wealth of world lives. It is the poverty end I worry about. That could self correct aa no one can afford to work for a reasonable amount of dollars in this area.
