Franks left Afghanistan before the job was finished. But I don't hold that against him.

Kerry did two tours of duty. He was in daily combat environment for 120 days straight. You try it sometime, pussy boy. Kerry was also a volunteer. He volunteered for combat. Bet you wouldn't have the balls to patrol hot zones and enemy territory on a daily basis.
