Kerry still has shrapnel in his leg. He's a brave hero. If he didn't take days off after his injuries it just proves he was gung-ho to go. His Navy records confirm his gung-ho spirit. The rightwing lied about this before an x-ray proves he still carried the shrapnel. But did the rightwing ever apologize for lying? No way. They just made up more outrageous crap. Just made it up out of thin air. When will the smearvets take back their obvious vicious lie that Kerry's shrapnel wounds were "rice"? Or that he shot himself to go home? What outrageous evil liars. Kerry volunteered to be in combat in the first place. He volunteered to get shot at every day for 120 days, and shoot back. He quickly gainmed the reputation of charging the enemy positions instead of running away. His commanders thought he was almost too courageous. That's called heroism far beyond the call of duty. deal with it.
