It is interesting that McNamara is so good in pointing fingers but never accepted responsibility for his role in the Vietnam disaster. His book "in retrospect" and his movie "fog of war" conveniently passed the buck to Johnson and whoever else.

I wonder if he ever considers the possibility that he may be responsible for more deaths than anyone alive?
