This is why the Treasury talked about bringing back to 30 year bond YESTERDAY. The money going to quality will have a place to go, and won't push the 10 year up or spread to the mortgage market.

I think we are seeing some INTENSE manipulation by the Federal Government, and this may continue for a while.
