That's a really interesting article, Coug. Thanks a lot for posting it. I was particularly interested to see that the pharmaceutical rice crop (is that exactly the same as GMO rice?) that California rice growers objected to because the Japanese threatened not to buy any California rice at all is now being grown in Missouri! It looks like the trend is to have the most noxious factory farms and most dangerous crop experiments in the Midwest and the South. I know there are pockets of unemployment and poverty there--I wonder if some of those states have less stringent regulations?
