Patron do you think we can do a leveraged buyout of that property? Let's form a corporation and each of us put up 10 cents. I see no reason why we cant get say 120% financing for all 250,000 acres. Then we sell it in parcels on EBAY. Advertize it as land suitable for wind and solar farming for production of energy. We pay ourselves exhorbitant salaries of course. If we sell enough land on Ebay we walk away happy and extremely rich. Otherwise we just pay ourselves exhorbitant salaries and bankrupt the corporation in say 3 years. Think that would fly? Mish
