I looked at property in Texas yesterday you can get one heck of a house for very little but there are no jobs. so if one has their own plane this could be a very nice fly into area. VBG

The economy won't collapse John bubble sectors make it appear as if it will but it won't.

The new grads in certain fields apparently have a good job market to look forward to now.

You can't build more coastal land and I do hope CA does not have a huge earthquake to satisfy the desire of those who want ocean property.

To me corporate America prime increase of income comes from cost cutting so we are struggling in certain areas of our economy as employee count could be decreased. In our quest to make a profit the upper end is making too much in comparison to the lower end. That too will change it just might be forced but it will change.
