Russ, thanks for all of your frequent and helpful comments. You have also put together a rather exhaustive list of resources in the form of links on this site. I'm trying to learn more about how you go about reading the tea leaves. Such terms as "Treasury's TIO" program, "coupon passes," etc., are somewhat foreign to me, although I think I am catching on. Could you please define some of these terms and their significance? Or, could you provide some source where we could learn more. I and, I am sure, several of your readers would benefit from the instruction. Thanks in advance. Cheers!
