Something that would be interesting if we had the data, which state provides the most recruits per capita?

I am certain the data is collected because recruiting goals are established in each state or region. I have not seen it and don't have a link to charts...but related anecdotal evidence has been released. Recently one press report indicated Massachusetts is not doing their share.

The following looks like a desperation move to me.
