The rest of the world enforced Kyoto, just not Bush

But whatever Polly Anna website you got that wonderful news, I suspect is being dishonest.

Under Gov. Bush, Texas became the most polluted state and Houston the most polluted city. His policies clearly allow a hands-off approach go pollutors on every level. His CLear Skies bill makes it voluntary to cut emissions until 10-13 year from now. His fight versus the fuel efficiency bill practically guaranteed more pollution. And his opening up 1/3 the public lands to commercial development means much of that will be exploited, developed and destroyed.

Bush's forest policies are also strongly pro-cutting, including clear-cutting old growth forests.

ANyone who says Bush has helped the environment is not only wrong, but an extremely dishonest liar.
