So you believe in minority rule then? 20% sunni should rule the country as before. Sunnis are in the process of getting real. There are terrorists and baathists stoking the fires. The Sunni dictatorship is over forever. No turning back. Best sunnis can do and this is no solution is a three state solution where sunnis have none of the oil. Go federalists, go.
