I don't think it would be a secondary, as the company is not interested in diluting the stock. They could spin or sell the storage part of the company since it is profitable and starting to generate some cash flow. Speculation at this point. LOL JPTC does seem very interested in the shares though...it is back on the higher bid again at 1.20.....most of the 1.25s got taken out just before noon, your time. A good deal of it was blocks...the institutions are here!! yea.
