you have any idea who wrote the legendary well written Constitutional Amendment for a Balanced Budget? If it were circulated again, it might gain some additional momentum. I distrust politicians in power. The best way to disarm politicians is to take away the money. Leave it in citizen's pockets. The needs of the many will get taken care of better. We are only one full generation away from those who understood their need to help those less fortunate by providing them the opportunity to help themselves. It was called Noblesse Oblige. Let us find a way to restore some fiscal prudence.
