I agree with this...

I just find it funny that on a day where interest rates actually have shot up, that these stocks continue powering higher...

I assume once their quarterly number of houses sold flat-lines, it's curtains for them...

Then we will stop hearing about how "cheap" these companies are on an EPS basis... and soon, we'll have to pry the layers off the onion known as "book value" to see how much there is truly there!

What's a reasonable Price-to-Book ratio for the HBs once they start to go down?

1 X book?

3/4 X book?

1/2 X book?
