Nadine, They can have democracy or the beginnings of democracy + No Jews on their territory. Israelis have Israeli arabs from the start. At this point in time, if there was an agreement NO new Arabs would be allowed in Israel either except with those that come in with the Settlement blocks. It would be nice if Pals took in Jews on remote settlement blocks too, but that wont happen. Still can be something less than warm peace that is better than current reality. Mike
