Are even serious? No matter what you thought of Carter and Clinton's performances as President or politics, you have respect them for being two bright people. Their IQs are off the charts.

An independent observer must conclude that George W. Bush is painful to listen to. I saw him trying to answer a question on CNBC about the energy situation and he was bumbling so much that they obviously edited his response and quickly went to the next question. Bush might be a hard headed leader that Americans tend to like, but an intellectual he surely isn't.
