Yes, it did. I don't think Christy Whitman (undercover Democrat) did anything but make the FEDS worse. Her state agency was incredibly nasty. I think they booted her from the Fed EPA because she wanted them to be stormtroopers. Bush put her out of the loop. I expect to one day see her hanging out with other phonies like Arianna Huffington.
