We took all the stuffed animals off the beds when your dogs were puppies. They are all young dogs, and they are each about a year apart, so we had puppies for quite a long time. I don't really know if they could distinguish our toys from theirs, since they play with theirs on the beds. How could they really tell? They do understand the meaning of no, but I don't have the time to sit and teach them much.

Our dogs do not chew shoes or behave badly in any way, really. But when the Golden was teething he ate one leg and side of a handmade antique hutch.
