Italians? I know of none. This may be because their favorite direction was reverse.

Germans? WRT the US, there was the Great Escape executions. There were also the executions of POWs at Malmedy during the Battle of the Bulge. There were undoubtedly small isolated incidents as occurred on the US side.

What else you got?

We won't get into the German-USSR record. I doubt anyone has even a close estimate. Atrocities were common on BOTH sides.

My comment about the libs & the Geneva Convention was meant
to be sarcastic. They have been extremely dishonest about
what is provided for in the Conventions & have misled
Americans to the point that our own gov't has raised the bar
far above what the Conventions actually allows.

The requirements are minimal. But torture is definitely not allowed.

That is bad for national security. And it is inexcusable.
It obviously raises costs. What are the other problems?
