Anti-discrimination laws applied against government were probably needed, and were just.

Anti-discrimination laws against big companies, applied where there was actual direct evidence of a major pattern of discrimination might have been needed, but where not just, or in other words they may have been a necessary evil. Even if they were needed its questionable that they are now.

Anti-discrimination laws against small companies, private organizations, and individuals are neither needed nor just, and the same would probably apply to such laws applied against big businesses where there is no direct evidence of discrimination.
