fesc.....Good point! So give up your hand gun and be a MAN :) Get a BAT!"....... So you think maybe it would be better or more humane for people to murder other people with BATS rather that guns. Hey then we could say " its not the bat that kills people it's people using the bat for that purpose " instead of baseball. :-)

I don't have a hand gun. Although I used to shoot competitively, it's not worth the hassle anymore. I don't own a bat either. I don't want to get charged with anything. I kid I knew in school got hassled and locked in a cell overnight because he had a bat with tape on the handle. The cop decided it was an offensive weapon. Another friend of mine teaches firearms safety. Since he's on the radar, he has to walk very softly to avoid police harassment. I'd rather stay off the radar, thank you very much. I'm not advocating hand guns for everyone, I just don't like bad expensive policy that is based on emotion rather than reason. -g
