A state of affairs where things are deliberately misleading is quite a different thing from a situation which is merely confused.

If everyone knew exactly what a magician was doing, no one would be impressed when he did it.

If they chose to make it so, the activities of all central banks would be plainly obvious, easy to understand, and highly objectionable to most.

i think they JPM et al are lending themselves money now. and then when they raise rates they'l lend it to u...

it's a stressful job printing and washing all that money but some one has to do it...
