Boy does the American Spoectator tell big lies. LOL. "Reliable witnesses" huh? Well try telling that to the FBI who totally cleared Kerry from being at any such meeting, or taking part in any radical activity or planning at all. The FBI was foillowing Kerry around for years at Nixon's behedst. Sounds creepy except they actually ended up clearing Kerry's name. They called him a "moderate" who did not agree with radical anti-war protests and quit the VVAW shortly after joining it for precisely that reason. He wanted to work peacefully within the system. The others didn't. Nice try, liar.
