So find an unbiased source for how many blacks are in jail vs. how many in college. Kerry have may exaggerated there, or maybe he was just using Jesse Jackson's line. Anyway, I'll bet the numbers are a lot closer than this Kerry critic says. If Kerry is wrong though, we'll give you an asterisk for, not lying (because I'm sure it wasn't meant to intentionally deceive) but for swiping a Jesse Jackson line without checking to see if it's true.

The point is it's a big problem with so many blacks in prison. But of course many of them deserve to be there.
Tha main problem with our justice system is that the rich almost always get off and the poor (of all races) get long sentences. Even worse is the stat I heard that 45% of those in jail are on marijuana related sentences. That is ridiculously wrong if true. Marijuana is less harmful than alcohol. What a waste of money and lives.
