thanks shadowman. i'm only too happy to try to return a little for all the help i have gotten here. i'm using ewido also. from what i understand after the 14 days pass, some of the functionality shuts down (memory scan?) if you don't purchase, but the rest of the program continues to function. i won't recommend it here until the 14 days pass and i see how it continues to work. however, it sounds like it has already worked well for you. i'm glad for that. thanks for the feedback on ewido, -gru
