There are jails full of insurgents. Its not too hard to figure out. Its SH loyalists who would love to take the place of SH. They are aided but islamic nutcases. They are more nutty than any christians. The islamic nutcases make the SH people stop smoking because thats sinful, but randomly blowing up women and children, thats ok and you're defending them.
