Only if the chinese produce title deeds that old, with the signatures of their gods clearly legible, and thus verifiable against the database .... but hark, this conquest business can work both ways, there is also reconquista, wherein the flow is reversed, and the americanos, having conquered the Americas for the Greater Glory of China [actually more like Siberia and before that, way back, Africa, but let's not quibble], must certainly retain the right to wander back, shove any inconveniently current 'chinese' out of the way, and settle in, looting all their nifty plastic stuff too of course ... it's only right, since it's been no more than a few tens of thousands of years

This wouldn't apply to the non-indigenous of the Americas, of course, they can get their own lawyers

It will be interesting to see the DNA ... i lean to the multiple-origin theory of americano indigenous, as there are so many differences in people's looks and physique from place to place, and in the language families ... maybe separate origins all came through Beringia, and maybe not, it wouldn't be that surprising to see phoenician blood show up, for instance ... you have to wonder, how could it not happen over all the centuries, that traders or fishermen were blown off course, and ended up on the other side .... gee, i wonder if the sil.org people have checked the languages for connections to the canaanite languages -g- .... cheers
