Peter, If one bothers to read what J Chris posted with his typical scorn and hatred, it says right in the post that each church does it's own thing.

I am not going to defend the UCC because I am just finding out the details of their "positions" on social issues as a "Church Organization."

Our church stays out of the social issues, our preachers are very open and preach about Jesus, not about personal issues.
