What on earth did your delightful article have to do with reducing the top heavy administrations, and securing more workers in the hospitals as opposed to more administrators and policies? If as you say you work in the health field, you should know that the imbalance between health care staff and managment is huge. and it really is time that changed. Things like the St Catharines General hospital, slated to be torn down in 3 or 4 years, and they are still renovating the place. Why start on renovations to be completed in 2 or 3 years, if you are going to finished them, and then demolish the building??????
