Chuck Hagel (R) admits Iraq is a mess and filibusters important. Hagel on TV today proved himself one of of the last honest Republicans as he clearly stated: - We have little idea who the insurgents are or who is funding or organizing them (and so is Zarqawi a fabrication?) - If we can't settle Iraq by next year it may be a lost cause - Filibusters and all checks and balances in government are very important. - Unilateralism doesn't work (goodbye Bolton) - Bush's approach didn't work in North Korea and now they have nukes they won't give up. ** Wanted you all to know, not every Republican is a bald-faced liar.
