New rule: Politicians cannot have private charities, like Tom Delay's foundation which he's used to raise tends of millions from corporations and CEO's. When Microsoft has a case in the federal courts and gates gives Delay 5 million through his charity, you know what that is, corruption.

The list of donors to Delay's "charity" looks like a who's who of regulated industries.

Can you believe this, the Medicare bill passes at, what, 3 am after the vote is held open for severe arm twisting by Republicans? The 2,000 page budget is voted on even though Dems protested they hadn't had time to READ IT?

Republicans: you chumps don't need to read anything, do what we say, we're one-party rule!

Congress is a circus and it's getting worse.
