Socialism and communism are failures. They simply do not work because they are unnatural. Capitalism works because it is based on natural laws.

People who make a fortune in capitalism and then turn around and try to destroy it are incomprehensible. I don't care what they do with their money on the environment. If they want to buy up land and convert it to habitat like the Nature Conservancy, more power to them. It's when they try to monkey with the system by dumping money into political campaigns (like George Soros did), when they give aid and comfort to our enemies (like Hanoi Jane did), that I object.

I have no problem with this statement of yours: There are some corporate heads who realize that we do not have the right to degrade the earth and its species, and are willing to accept really reasonable profits and at the same time pay fair wages, minimize pollution, and advocate for peoples who are not as advantaged as Americans. I think this is a really socially responsible kind of capitalism.
