That's excellent. I love European cheese.

My birth mother and I were just talking about comte cheese (French) and how to get it. She sent me some great cheese links- I know you don't eat cheese, but others here might appreciate them:

They also have Spanish almonds (way more flavor than regular almonds, they
are more round than oval) later in the year as they are seasonal. They make
a fantastic almond paste.

From this place I order Brick cheese. It is not available outside Wisconsin
except in specialty cheese shops and there are none close enough to me to
make a drive worthwhile, easier to order online.

Brick cheese, the aged variety, is quite unlike any other cheese. Fantastic
with fruit, especially apples and pears.

This is another cheese store in Wisconsin and I have ordered from them also.
