When was that, I heard it on C-SPAN, but I cannot remember the year.

However, I have heard Washington Journal will change their music.
(After Words, Q&A, was, methinks, a somewhat lousy music-decision

Note, like InDepth, it is actually a dance of three hours.

Funny stuff, according to ancient US telecom public property rules, MSM
and the really funny ones.

C-SPAN's Community is Temporarily Closing

That is, I thought that gun-rule of the senate was much later than the 1930-40s??

Anyway, after 25 years of covering, like a monopoly, the US house and senate, it
is healthy that C-SPAN gets more viewers, inside USA.

It doesn't change the fact that the Constitution has no
provision for filibusters or holds on judicial nominees. The
Senate is to "advise & consent" with an up or down vote & a
simple majority decision.
