IMO it's telling that the Fed jacked up the rates but still keeps the flood of liquidity in the system. Probably to make sure GM/Ford bad news wouldn't upset already weak markets.

The chart in isolation tells you nothing.

The fact that $IRX is below FF rate tells you the FED is going to pause and soon.

If you go back and check the dates that FED has raised rates
Jun 30, Aug 10, Sep 21, Nov 10, Dec 14 in 2004 and Feb 2, Mar 22, and May 3 of 2005, the $IRX yield dipped after most of the raises.
