People like you are responsible for condoning sand supporting smear campaigns against our greatest war heros.

The smears against Silver Star winner Kerry are just part of a pattern Rove started back in Texas. It has resulted in many great Americans being slimed and lied about in nauseating ways.

Rove's strategy is this. Always attack an opponent for his greatest strength and make up anything you want in other to slime him. Just do it soon enough before the election that by the time the smears are discredited, it's over.

Rove also knows that while GW is charismatic and looks good in jeans and a hat, he's basically an empty guy with no real accomplishments in life. So that makes the smear campaigns even more necessary.
