Liar. Kerry simply wanted an accounting of war funds. And now we don't have it and billions are missing, into a black hole. Plus the Halliburton ripoffs. Bushies refused to account for the money, and refused to pay for any of it with a partial rescindment of the tax cuts for billionaires. So it's all pure debt and billions have vanished. Kerry made it clear he was voting FOR the funding so long as it was accounted for, he had an amendment stating this. The Bush campaign totally lied about this, of course, as they lie about almost everything. Happy that our troops don't have adequate body armor or are you going to demand accountability from the Bush administration? Giving them another pass, aren't you? Hypocrite.
