Since Scottie McClellan said that he didn't have control over who got into the press room, it had to someone above him. Cheney is hiding in a bunker figuring out new ways to shove cash into Halliburton's coffers so he doesn't care. He's not running for anything anyway except maybe the Chairman of the Board of HAL. My vote's on Rove who is so incredibly nasty that his inner rage and torment must be tremendous. Being a Republican closeted gay and having to deal with George and his even nastier mother Barbara would be enough to make even a moderately sane person turn into Rove.
