I think it is irresponsible to use illegal drugs if you have kids, but it was thus during prohibition, with alcohol, and it doesn't change my opinion that pot, like alcohol, should be legal. Take the crime out of pot, and you take out a lot of the profit- and the drug cartels will move on to other businesses. Are there many cartels moving illegal alcohol? Not like with drugs- because there is no profit in it. It takes criminalization to make drugs hyper profitable- and attractive to organized crime.
