Thanks Henrik, the sell side looks very skinny, I'm only after a small truckload :-) so I suppose if i'm patient I'll get enough.
I notice they have just established American Depositary Receipts but am not sure how these work.
My broker said that it looks like one or two big buyers are just sitting there soaking up stock, only looks to be about 90 million shares on issue, it would be interesting to see who their top 10 or so shareholders are.

Interesting that they are classed on here as an Aerospace and Defence stock, that's I suppose their Communications Division but the Traffic division which is much bigger really would be classed as an infrastructure stock, someone said recently in relation to the Traffic division that owning Redflex is like owning a toll road but only having to pay for the actual toll booths.
